Another cracking morning for a swim at Coll Beach. Colleen, Mhairi & Helen were out enjoying the calm sea's. 5k done. Duckman was saying 13.3 degrees on average, which was nice. Plenty of crabs and a few jellyfish.

Had the pleasure of swimming alongside Scottish swim champion Colleen Blair this morning. This is the woman who thinks nothing of nipping out for a 'wee' 3 hour swim. Duckman was saying a tropical 12.5 degrees on average. 5k pre work swim done.

Nice morning on land but not so nice in the sea. Good in-coming tidal current and chop to contend with, but all part of the experience and learning how to deal with it. 5k Wetsuit swim. Duckman was saying 13.7 degrees on average.
